This fall, the Lakeside Epicurean Society is debuting The Ribera Del Vino—an unprecedented culinary event celebrating the very best of Mexico’s boutique wine culture. In an exclusive partnership with Alma Alquimista, we have secured a single, extraordinary cask to produce a strictly limited edition of just 300 private-label bottles. This rare vintage will never be available to the general public.

We are hand-selecting a premier group of Lakeside’s top restaurants and visionary chefs to receive a allocation of this unreleased lot.

Your Mission: Craft a bespoke, world-class pairing menu designed to elevate and complement this private vintage.

Over the course of the event, our passionate society members will visit each participating venue to experience your creation. They will taste, analyze, and ultimately vote to crown the definitive Lakeside Pairing Champion.
